bet5 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bet5 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature on bet5, you accept these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published separately on the bet5 platform. Where specific rules conflict with these general Terms, the specific rules apply to that particular game or promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms govern your use of bet5.

2. Eligibility

Age Requirement

bet5 is an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, bet or withdraw. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. bet5 reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time. If you cannot verify your age, your account will be suspended until verification is provided. Any winnings earned during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful verification.

Geographic Eligibility

bet5 is designed for players in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of bet5 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. bet5 makes no warranties that its services are lawful in all locations. You access the platform at your own risk and on your own responsibility.

Excluded Persons

• Anyone under 18 years of age
• Current or former bet5 employees and their immediate family members
• Individuals who have self-excluded through the Responsible Gaming tool and whose exclusion period has not expired
• Individuals who have been permanently closed by bet5 for Terms violations
• Anyone acting on behalf of another person

3. Accounts & Registration

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold one bet5 account only. If you already have a bet5 account, you may not register another one — regardless of whether the existing account is active, suspended or temporarily restricted. If duplicate accounts are identified, bet5 will close the duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from them and forfeit any associated balances. Please contact support if you have forgotten your login details rather than creating a new account.

Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and complete information including your name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number and payment details. bet5 will cross-reference this information during verification. Accounts registered with false details will be closed and balances forfeited. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current — inform us promptly if anything changes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and OTP codes confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. bet5 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@bet5.wine.

Account Closure

You may close your bet5 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within standard processing timelines. bet5 may also close your account if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent behaviour or for any other legitimate reason with or without prior notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

bet5 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted.

Minimum and Processing

Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. bet5 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts, shared accounts or borrowed funds. If a deposit is traced to a payment source that does not belong to you, the deposit will be reversed and the account reviewed. Withdrawals are always processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, to prevent money laundering.

Withdrawal Conditions

Before your first withdrawal, bet5 may request identity verification documents. This is standard practice across all regulated platforms and is done to protect players. Providing clear photographs of your CNIC and a screenshot of your registered payment account is usually sufficient. Withdrawals will be processed only after verification is complete.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bet5 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on bet5 unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• One welcome bonus per player: The welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. One bonus per household, IP address and payment method applies.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (stated in the promotion terms) before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated from the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game-specific contribution rates will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Unclaimed or unwagered bonuses expire at the end of this period and are removed from the account without notice.
• Abuse: Attempting to abuse a bonus — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated play, or placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
• Changes: bet5 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.

6. Betting Rules

Bet Placement

Bets are accepted only when you have sufficient cleared balance in your bet5 wallet. Placing a bet constitutes your agreement with the stated odds at the time of placement. Odds may change up to the moment a market closes — the odds shown when you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that bet.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet is Rs 200. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed within the betting interface. bet5 reserves the right to change stake limits without prior notice.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to official results from recognised governing bodies (e.g., PCB for PSL matches). In the event of a dispute about the official result, bet5's decision — made in good faith and based on the best available information — is final.

Abandoned and Voided Events

• If a match or event is abandoned before a result can be determined, pre-match bets on the match winner market are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets that have already been settled stand unless the settlement was clearly erroneous.
• If odds were published or a bet was accepted due to a manifest error (e.g., obviously wrong odds), bet5 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

PSL and Cricket Betting

PSL betting markets on bet5 follow standard T20 cricket settlement rules. For in-play markets, settlement is based on what has occurred at the time the market closes. Full match and over/under markets require the minimum number of overs specified in the market description to be completed for bets to stand.

7. Fair Play & Security

bet5 is committed to providing a fair, secure environment for all players. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, with possible permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, share information dishonestly or disadvantage other participants.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks made in bad faith, or any form of financial deception.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers or any automated software to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, pricing errors or system malfunctions. If you notice an error, report it to support — do not exploit it.
• Impersonation: Opening an account in another person's name or using another person's payment details.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing differences in a way that constitutes abuse of the platform rather than normal betting.

bet5 uses fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Suspicious activity triggers an automatic review process. If your account is flagged, you may be asked to provide additional verification. We appreciate genuine players' understanding of these processes — they exist to protect everyone on the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

bet5 is serious about responsible gaming. We provide tools that give players control over their activity. These tools are available to every account holder at any time via the account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set a cap on how much you can deposit per day, week or month. Limits take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Set a duration and bet5 will notify you when that time has elapsed.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without closing it permanently.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all bet5 services. This cannot be reversed and takes immediate effect.

9. Privacy & Data

bet5 collects personal data that is necessary to operate the platform — specifically, account registration details, identity verification documents, payment information and transaction history. This data is used to provide services, conduct verification, prevent fraud and comply with our obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with any party except where necessary to process your payments (with our payment processors), to verify your identity (with regulated verification services), or where required by law.

All data transmitted between your device and bet5's servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL. Payment credentials are tokenised and never stored in full on bet5's systems. Full details of how we collect, use, store and protect your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

bet5 provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

bet5 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your use of the platform beyond amounts you have deposited
• Technical failures caused by your device, browser or internet connection
• Losses during any period of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Bets not placed due to connectivity issues on your end
• Any third-party claims related to your use of bet5

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, bet5 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate the appropriate settlement. Players will be informed of any such correction.

Nothing in these Terms limits bet5's liability for fraud, gross negligence or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bet5 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email to the address on their account or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of bet5 after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent review is shown at the top of this page. If you object to any change, you are entitled to close your account and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect.
