No. bet5 allows one account per person, per household, and per payment method. Creating duplicate accounts violates our Terms and Conditions and results in all accounts being permanently closed. If you have forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot password?" option or contact support at support@bet5.wine — do not register again.

Visit bet5.wine/login and enter your registered Pakistan mobile number and password. Alternatively, use the OTP Login tab to receive a one-time PIN by SMS and log in without a password. OTP login is particularly useful if you are not sure which password you set.

On the login page, tap "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered Pakistan mobile number. An OTP will be sent — enter it within 5 minutes and you can set a new password immediately. If you no longer have access to your registered number, email support@bet5.wine with your full name and CNIC details for identity-based account recovery.

Yes. bet5 is a mobile-first browser platform. No app download is required — simply open your phone browser, go to bet5.wine and log in. To get an app-like experience, tap the three-dot menu in Chrome (or Share in Safari on iPhone) and select "Add to Home Screen." This creates a shortcut icon that launches bet5 directly.

Accounts are temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. The lock lifts automatically after 15 minutes. If your account is locked for a different reason — such as a security flag, a self-exclusion you set previously, or a verification requirement — email support@bet5.wine with your registered mobile number and our team will investigate and advise you.

Mobile number changes must be processed by our support team for security reasons. Email support@bet5.wine with the subject "Mobile Number Change Request." Include your full name, current registered number, new number and a clear photograph of your CNIC (both sides). Updates are processed within 2–4 hours during regular hours.

Deposits bet5 accepts the following Pakistan-local payment methods:

The minimum deposit on bet5 is Rs 200 via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. For bank IBFT transfers, the minimum is Rs 500 due to bank-side processing requirements. Visa and Mastercard minimum deposits are Rs 300. There is no maximum deposit limit by default — contact support if you need to discuss higher volume deposits.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your bet5 balance within seconds of being confirmed on your wallet. In the rare case a deposit does not appear after 5 minutes, check that the transfer went to the correct bet5 account number shown on the deposit screen, then email support@bet5.wine with your transaction receipt screenshot.

bet5 does not charge any deposit fees. The amount you send from your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account arrives in full in your bet5 wallet. Note that your mobile wallet provider (e.g. Easypaisa or JazzCash) may deduct their own transfer fee from your wallet — this is outside of bet5's control. Check with your wallet provider for their standard transfer charges.

Pending deposits usually resolve within 10–15 minutes. If a deposit has been pending for more than 30 minutes, take a screenshot of your Easypaisa/JazzCash transaction history showing the transfer, then email it to support@bet5.wine with your registered mobile number and the transaction amount. Our team will trace it and credit your account manually if required.

Yes. bet5 provides deposit limit tools in your Account Settings under "Safe Gaming." You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period to protect you from impulsive decisions during a session. We recommend setting a deposit limit when you first register — it is a healthy habit. Withdrawals Log in to your bet5 account and go to the Wallet section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank IBFT), enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals always go to the same payment method used for your last deposit. A one-time identity verification (CNIC photo) is required before your first withdrawal. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 minutes during business hours. NayaPay and SadaPay transfers take 5–15 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals submitted after midnight PKT may take slightly longer but are still processed in order.

The minimum withdrawal on bet5 is Rs 500 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. For bank IBFT the minimum is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum single withdrawal — however, large withdrawals above Rs 50,000 may require an additional identity check as part of our compliance process.

The most common reasons for a delayed withdrawal are: identity verification pending (first withdrawal only), active bonus with wagering requirements not yet completed, or a bank-side processing delay for IBFT transfers. Check your account notifications for any pending action. If nothing is flagged but your withdrawal has not arrived after the standard processing time, email support@bet5.wine with your withdrawal reference number.

Before your first withdrawal, bet5 requires identity verification. You need to submit:

• A clear photograph of your CNIC (both front and back)
• A screenshot of your registered Easypaisa or JazzCash account confirming your mobile number

Submit these via the verification section in your account dashboard or by emailing them to support@bet5.wine. Verification is typically approved within 2 hours and only needs to be done once.

Bonus funds become withdrawable only after the associated wagering requirements have been met. The wagering requirement and progress are shown in the Promotions section of your account. Yes — live in-play betting is one of the core features of bet5's PSL offering. Odds update between every ball and new markets open throughout the innings. You can place bets on specific overs, current batting partnerships, whether the next ball is a boundary, and more. Live markets have a brief suspension around each delivery — bets placed during this window are queued and confirmed once the ball result is recorded.

Winnings from pre-match PSL bets are settled within 5–10 minutes of the official match result being confirmed. Live in-play bet results are settled as each market closes — some markets (like individual over totals) settle during the match itself. All settled winnings go directly to your bet5 wallet balance and are available to withdraw or use for new bets immediately.

If a PSL match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a valid result is achieved, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match is shortened but a valid DLS result is recorded, bets are settled on that official result. Live bets that were already settled before the interruption stand. Individual over markets that were not reached before abandonment are also voided.

Yes. bet5 supports accumulator (parlay) bets combining multiple PSL match winners into one slip. Each selection must be from a different match. Accumulators offer higher potential returns — a 4-fold accumulator at average odds would pay significantly more than the same stakes placed as singles. Note that all selections must win for the accumulator to pay out.

Bonuses New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on bet5 receive a 100% first deposit bonus up to Rs 10,000. If you deposit Rs 5,000, bet5 adds Rs 5,000 to your wallet — giving you Rs 10,000 total to play with. The bonus is credited automatically and applies once per player. Wagering requirements apply before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash — see the Promotions section in your account for current terms.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) means you need to bet a certain total amount before bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place total bets of Rs 10,000 before that bonus converts to cash. Your wagering progress is tracked in the Promotions section. Only bets placed from your bonus balance count toward the rollover.

Yes. bet5 runs regular promotions for existing players including reload bonuses on weekend deposits, PSL season special odds boosts, Aviator free rounds and Ludo tournament prize pools. The welcome bonus is credited automatically within a few minutes of your qualifying deposit being confirmed. If it has not appeared after 30 minutes, first check that your deposit met the minimum qualifying amount and that you have not previously claimed a welcome bonus on bet5 (it is a one-time offer). Self-exclusion is a firm commitment to stop gambling on bet5 for a minimum period of 6 months. Once activated, you cannot access your account, deposit or place bets for the duration. Your remaining cash balance is returned to your registered payment method within 24 hours. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed mid-period. At the end of the exclusion period, account reactivation requires a deliberate request and a cooling-off period to confirm it is a considered decision.

Never. bet5 is committed to never contacting players to discourage them from activating any responsible gaming tool. If you set a deposit limit, take a cooling-off period or request self-exclusion, bet5 will not send you promotional emails, bonus offers or any communication designed to encourage continued play during that period.
